Payment assistance is also available through /paysupport in the SLX bot. Access and devices Your plan specifies the access period and device allowance: Personal covers one device, Family up to three. The terms and full price for the selected period are shown before payment. Extra device slots separately granted by an administrator are reflected in your account. Available servers are provided in one subscription. Each device connection is intended for one of your devices; use the account transfer action to move it. Do not publish personal subscription links or credentials. Duration and renewal New plans last 30, 90, 180, 365 or 730 days. Month and year labels refer to these fixed periods rather than calendar arithmetic. Renewing the same active tier adds to the remaining term. Purchasing another device tier while access is active is unavailable; contact support. There are no automatic recurring charges: every purchase is confirmed separately. Prices, discounts and payments Catalogue prices are in roubles for the full selected period. Long-term savings are already included. Promotions and promo codes do not stack: the largest saving wins; ties use the promotion without consuming the code. Purchases inside Telegram use Stars. The exact Stars total is displayed before confirmation and saved in the order. The cost of obtaining Stars from Telegram varies by purchase method; the rouble catalogue price does not promise the cost of topping up Stars. Future prices and exchange rates may change; a valid issued invoice retains its total. Access is granted after payment confirmation. Service operation Compatibility depends on the client, device, network and network restrictions. A fixed speed or availability on every network is not guaranteed. If a connection fails, refresh the subscription, try another available profile and contact support. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or interference with other systems. Payment issues and refunds If charged without receiving access, do not pay again: contact support with your order reference. Never share passwords, login codes or personal VPN links. Refund requests and mistaken or duplicate charges are reviewed by support according to the circumstances, applicable payment rules and mandatory law. A confirmed refund may end access granted for that purchase. These terms do not restrict mandatory user rights under applicable law.
