Split tunneling, app by app
In “Selected apps” mode, add the programs that need VPN. Leave a game, work app or another browser on your regular connection. Choose “Whole computer” when you want VPN for all apps.

Find apps by their icons
The client builds a local library of programs and games, even when they are closed. If an app is missing, add its file manually. Your installed app list stays on your computer.
Reconnection when the connection drops
SLX Windows tries to reconnect automatically. Selected traffic stays blocked during recovery. Turn VPN off in the app when you want that traffic to use your regular connection again.

The installer is not signed yet
The build has no code-signing certificate yet, so Windows SmartScreen may warn about an unknown publisher. This is not a malware verdict — it means the file is unsigned.

- In the SmartScreen window, choose “More info” → “Run anyway” if the file came from here.

How to set up VPN on Windows
Install SLX Windows
Download the installer above. The app supports Windows 10 and 11.
Add your subscription
Sign in, get access and add a device. Copy its personal subscription link and paste it into SLX Windows.
Choose your apps and connect
Select the apps you need, or choose the whole computer, then click “Connect”.
Before you install
Does it support Windows 10?
Yes. SLX Windows supports Windows 10 and 11. This is a prerelease, and the installer is currently unsigned.
Is installing the app enough?
You need active SLX access and a personal device link from your account to connect. The client itself is free to download.
How is it different from Happ?
SLX Windows is our own app with per-app VPN controls. Happ remains an alternative on Windows and a client for phones, macOS and Linux. Use one client for your current connection.
Which languages does the app support?
You can choose English or Russian in the app. The client’s source code is available on GitHub.
